About Vani Karthick

Vani Karthick Vani Karthick is a healthcare leader and licensed occupational therapist with extensive experience in healthcare management. She currently serves as a Manager overseeing medical coding, billing, compliance, and revenue cycle operations, bringing more than a decade of experience in healthcare administration and regulatory oversight. Vani began her professional career at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore before relocating to the United States in 2014. An American Academy of Professional Coders-certified professional, she brings strong expertise in compliance, operational strategy, and healthcare systems leadership. Alongside her professional career, Vani is deeply engaged in cultural and community service initiatives. She is the founder of Natya Vidhyalaya, a Bharatanatyam dance school dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian classical arts, and collaborates with AUM LLC to support cultural education and community engagement. For the past eight years, Vani has also served with the Green Bay Seva Community, coordinating meal preparation and outreach efforts supporting individuals in local shelter homes across the Green Bay area. A dedicated mother of two, Vani remains committed to service, cultural enrichment, and strengthening community connections through both her professional and volunteer work.
